Give Link in Private Chat Script

Throw it in a trigger volume, set the 2 messages - Message One is the description of the link, Message Two is the link itself. Putting the link in it's own message makes it clickable in the chat window. When the agent walks into the trigger volume, the messages will be displayed to them only.
