The Very Strange Beast

I have been fooling around with Mixamo animations and haven't had many problems getting them to work. But, this 3d scan of Larry has driven me bat shit crazy with the very strange results. In build mode he looks like a normal human as in the first additional image. In the experience things get very weird and looks sort of like a giant alien chicken pecking the ground for bugs and seeds.
