Ice Skating Pond – Animated Ice Surface
This original mesh ice skating pond was created for Sansar to be used with the ice skates rigged by XMAXTH69. The pond is constructed using two circular planes. The lower plane is textured with ice, while the upper plane is transparent and animated to simulate movement on the ice surface.
The pond can be placed as a standalone circular ice rink or incorporated into your own custom landscape. Terrain, snow, or surrounding elements can be shaped around the ice to create a natural frozen pond effect, as shown in the preview images. Please note that the animation rotation is circular only, so this should be considered when landscaping or shaping the environment.
