Picture board 16/9.
Place it in your scene, look for "Picture board" in Scene Objects, right click on it and choose Materials.
In the Albedo Map slot, click on the dropdown menu and select Custom Map.
Browse to your picture. Select it. Make sure it is a PNG file, dimensions of the file should be 1024x1024 or 2048x2048
To rotate easily, open the property panel, and type -90 for X
Rotate Y in the same way.
Don't touch Z unless your image is vertical.
