This is a free nicely done glowing/emissive attachment that hovers near your head to let others know you are live streaming. While this says twitch, you can use it if you stream on any other platform as well. Its just a general courtesy item to let others know around you that you are streaming. Its great for big events so others such as performers or comedian community folks know your streaming and can help you entertain your viewers.
**Keep in mind, using this is NOT required and is optional within the Sansar community. Beware some trolls may attempt to target you when wearing this. You can use the block feature (they will no longer see you) and if you are at a major event and become the target of a swarm of rogue avatars, find someone on the event staff if this is happening and they can help you.
