A common glitch where you can't move the shirt vertically is caused by your avatar being the smallest size. Simply make your avatar bigger, adjust the shirt, then you can shrink your avatar again ♥

There are invisible straps, so if the shirt is falling off make sure you scale it to fit your avatar best!
