This commercial shop/store building is designed with customization in mind. Texture tiled material with permissions to change out with your own textures. The interior wall texturing is separate from the exterior walling texture. Each one of the four interior walls can have it's own unique texture/material assigned to it.
Features two entrances; a main and a side with double doors.
The Foundation has added depth to help support being dropped into landscape terrains.. which are quasi flat but not completely flat.
* The footprint size is approximately 26.5 x 26.5 meters.
* Scripted swinging doors.
* An optional store/logo sign board where people can upload their own texture. 1024x200 or image with similar aspect ratio.
* Comes with a grid of 3 x 3 starter spot lights inside the store for over head lighting effect.
