Rez custom footprint decals while walking/running.

Needs to be activated per agent with a Script Library event. If you have multiple surfaces with different footprint decals, you will need to trigger enable/disable with a trigger volume or collision scripts.

* I allow buyers to resell this script as part of their own products, but not as a standalone script
