Editable Shop Front Chalkboard

A lovely shopfront double sided chalkboard topped with a iron swirl.

All materials are editable and both faces are able to have your own custom texture added, Either just a png of the words with a transparent background as they have their own material or a solid texture!
The front and back faces of the chalk texture can be different.

The materials for editing the chalk texture only are named "chalk back" and "Chalk Front"

The resolution for editing the board/chalk faces so your image will appear right is:

1184 Width x 2029 Height pixels
