Swing with sit points. Scriptable. Animated.
Sit and click (it's turn on/off the animation).
Chat command starts all swings. You can change command of 2 second on /start1 /start2 and /stop1 /stop2
You can use /start or /stop chat commands for turn it's on/off.
Looped animation.
Modify the script group so the animation is out of sync.
Disadvantages:
Abrupt start/stop. May scare you.
