Transfer Events w Optional Delay Script

This script will take any incoming Simple Script event(s), make a new event or events, with all the data copied from the Incoming event to new outgoing event(s). An optional delay may be specified. This is useful when you ..
(1) need a delay on an event going into another Simple Script or coming out of another Simple Script, if time delays are not part of that script.
(2) Need to take many incoming events from many different scripts into a stream of a single event type (again each the specific object(s) n Agent data copied as they came from those other scripts)
(3) Use a set of Enable/Disable event to Create a block/unblock feature of an event entering or exiting another Simple Script...
