Everything is properly grouped, with all permissions enabled except material. You can use it to complete this experience or for other needs.

You can visit it in the world where you will find a sales panel, with the 7 sections that complete the experience, (panel not included in the experience, but equal to welcome panel if included).

The positioning coordinates shown in one of the images of this item are :

Once acquired, placed in the experience you are going to create, select the item in your inventory and drag it to the world. In the Scene Objects panel, select ( TKA SECCTION NPC Group ).
In Properties panel, change the position coordinates to those indicated above.
